INGREDIENTS: (for approximately 3 tacos)

  • 100 grs of Soyalitas
  • Water⠀
  • 2 tea spoons of broth
  • 4 spoons of natural soy sauce⠀
  • A pinch of Black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon of marine salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 spoon of olive or coconut oil

Optional: coriander and yoghurt
Tortillas: of your choice!

PREPARATION:

Remember that to prepare, in a bowl put the Soyalitas with hot water, 1 tea spoon of broth, 1 tea spoon of sea salt. Let it soak for not less than 10 minutes

Then, dispose water and drain the Soyalitas.⠀

Heat up the coconut or soy oil, add Soyalitas, the broth, paprika, soy sauce and black pepper.

Cook and mix de the preparation, in order to brown the Soyalitas.

The red pepper and the onion should be previously sautéed.

Finally, serve tacos as they are shown in picture. You can add natural yoghurt on top, to make them softer.
