INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 grams of Soyalitas
  • 250 cc of vegetable broth
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:

!Tips:
Remember that to prepare, in a bowl put the Soyalitas with hot water, 1 tea spoon of broth, 1 tea spoon of sea salt. Let it soak for not less than 10 minutes

Then, dispose water and drain the Soyalitas.

First, we are going to turn on the oven to warm it up.
Once it’s done, soak Soyalitas in the hot vegetable broth, for about 10 minutes, and then drain them.
Chop and sauté the onion and peppers.
In a bowl, place chopped garlic and parsley along with the carrot, peppers, onion, eggs, Soyalitas,  salt and pepper.

Mix well until obtaining a paste and then, with  your hands, make small balls, crush them and coat them with the breadcrumbs.
Take them and place them in the lower part of the oven, on a tray previously sprayed with oil. Flip halfway through cooking so they brown on both sides.
